Elena was a classical conductor before she was a data architect. She led orchestras in Madrid, Vienna, and São Paulo before a repetitive strain injury ended her traditional conducting career. But she discovered something remarkable - the same principles that made music beautiful could make data pipelines elegant. It was during a guest conducting residency at the New York Philharmonic that Elena discovered Silicon Valley. A chance meeting with a tech entrepreneur who loved classical music led to her first data architecture project. She fell in love with America's spirit of innovation - the way this country welcomed new ideas and rewarded creativity regardless of where you came from. She pioneered "Harmonic Data Architecture" in California - designing ETL systems that flowed like symphonies, where timing was everything and every element had its perfect moment. Tech companies paid fortunes for her designs, but she grew frustrated seeing her art used for surveillance capitalism. The Guardian Posse recruited her after she publicly destroyed a data pipeline she'd built for a company that lied about its intentions. She said she would rather conduct data that protects than data that exploits. Now based in Austin, she considers America her artistic home - a place where she could reinvent herself and find a new stage.
